Code Enforcement enforces the Village Code in an equitable manner ensuring the overall quality of life is maintained at a high level throughout Indian Creek Village.

The Village together with residents seek voluntary compliance when a violation is being addressed prior to issuing a civil violation. Code Violations or concerns should be reported immediately to the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 305-865-4121.

All requests and concerns will be promptly documented and addressed in a professional manner.
